Its real name is “Gros Plant du Pays Nantais” made from the grape variety “Folle Blanche”.
This is a very mineral light white wine with a nose of white flowers.
The mouth is supple and fruity and evolves between tone and freshness, thus delivering an elegant finish with acid notes.

Soil : Gabbro du Pallet
Serving temperatur :  8 to 10°c
Food pairing  : : Marocéan, slightly sour with a great intensity and an amazing vivacity is the delightful companion of whatever the sea has to offer.
