Joly Bulles red will surprise you and withno doubt seduce you. We wanted to take some risks in elaborating a sparkling wine with red wine. At the end, we are very proud of this new vintage. 
JolyBulles red is a sparkling wine with fine bubbles witha dark garnet robe. It is a smooth wine, caracterized by aromas of cooked red fruits, prunes and spices. We recommend to drink it right away. Nevertheless you can keep it up to 2 years.

Serving temperature: from 6° to 8°
Foor pairing:This vintage is great for your aperitif (with prunes wrapped in baconfor exemple), but also with many desserts ( Sylvie's cakes, strawberry shortcakes...)
