This Muscadet comes from 50-year-old vines and is vinified in traditional barrels of 400 liters.
It is bottled after several months on fine lees. To achieve a perfect harmony between the wine and the barrel, the Muscadet remains one year in bottles before being sold .
This Muscadet matured in oak barrels has a complex, deep, elegant and mineral nose. Powerful and silky on the palate, its very subtle woody taste and beautiful minerality ensures a beautiful personality.

Food pairing : The harmony of ripe fruit aromas mixed with some woody notes will reveal its personality with goat cheese or white meat (veal stew). Muscadet connoisseurs will love it on its own as an aperitif!
